The overall process for joining and certifying your OpenShift operator:
Join Red Hat Partner Connect to “Build technology with us”
Create a Red Hat OpenShift project
Create and complete a certification project for every container in your product
Create and complete an OpenShift certification project for either an Operator or a Helm chart
Review and publish your product listing for the catalog
