Frequently Asked Questions

I’m an existing partner, but I don’t see my product. How do I get it listed in the Catalog?

If you are an existing partner with certified products that are not currently listed, please contact connect@redhat.com.

How do I add or edit my listing?

  • For hardware listings, open a support case or contact your Engineering Partner Manager (EPM).

  • For cloud and service provider listings, open a support case or contact your EPM

  • For software listings, log into your Red Hat Partner Connect account and edit your company and product listings appropriately.
