There are a number of different ways you can deploy OpenStack:

  • Standard

  • Virtualized control plane

  • HCI hyper converger infrastructure

You can also deploy your control node on a VM that uses Openshift Virtualization (GA for 17).

  • Look at tech preview sections in release notes of documentation

  • FIPS compliance

  • RBAC -> read only mode
