Running the CNF tests

Partners running the tests in their lab must download, build and run the test suite following the instructions on the CNF test suite project.

The test suite produces an output file which captures the context and results of a test run. When submitting this file as evidence for CNF certification, the file is called a certification “claim”: it is a statement of what was tested and the observed results. See here for an example.

Supplying a claim is a requirement of CNF certification, whether the tests are executed in a Red Hat lab or in the partner's own lab.
