I cannot Publish or Unpublish my Image.

Issue

Partners that are trying to unpublish an image keep getting a Failed result. Nothing happens when the partner clicks Unpublish; the image is still showing up in the catalog.

Environment

• Project images in Red Hat Partner Connect web site

Resolution

Method 1: Using the New Interface

You will notice in the projects page an option to Go to new version.

Now in this page, you can try clicking Unpublish from the image you want to remove from the catalog.

Method 2: Image Unpublish request

If the workaround in Method 1 is not an acceptable solution, image deletion requests can be fulfilled in the next scheduled maintenance window. This operation is currently scheduled on a twice monthly cadence.

In order to request an image deletion a partner needs to open a support ticket and provide the following information:

• Docker Digest (aka "sha") number

• The Project URL

• The specific tag to be deleted
